Fasting Vs Diet

I started a 5-day water fast as did Ryan this Monday and today we are into day 4!

I have to say that the first 3 days was hard, my head thumped and I felt drained, it was the detox period and today I feel much better and have lost 4KG in that time and am going strong to do 5 days on just water.

This view was really interesting to us, as it shows that Fasting on Water vs Diet is far better for you and burns more fat.
