Just Breathe !

How is your New Year going?
As you may know us Magpies all believe and live our lives by starting our day with a morning routine and if you want to read a great book about it here is a link to the first book I read on morning routines.
It’s about starting your day the best way you can and with the best of intentions. Personally, my morning routine is what suits me and what fits the time I have and is always changing.
Ryan has two kids so his will be very different to mine and Kev has horses so again very different. There is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ answer. It’s all about what suits you.
Also, it is constantly evolving and recently I started following the work of a guy called Wim Hoff also known as the Ice Man. Heard of him?
After reading and listening to his stuff I have added a very specific type of breathing to the morning routine and I thought I would share it with you because it has had a big impact on me. And it doesn’t take much time, it’s simple and free to do!
